Women in Photography and the Shifting Gender Ratio

I was recently asked by a magazine for a list of 20+ photographers relevant to the industry today and I realized that there were only three woman on my entire list. I’m not a sexist jerk so I though there must be something I was missing. That sparked a conversation with my friend, fellow artist, author and educator, Angela Faris-Belt about Women in Photography and the Shifting Gender Ratio.
