Contributing Editor with AMERICAN PHOTO Magazine

So there’s big news! I have been working as a Contributing Editor with American Photo since last fall and the first issue is officially out. From mission statements, story ideas, design treatments and next years line-up it’s been an exhilarating process. There is so much to be excited about as the magazine begins to reclaim it’s relevance as a resource for spotting industry trends, inspires readers to create beyond their limits and serves as a nexus of sharing content. I’m really excited to be part of this project and to share it with you.

DSLR vs Medium Format: Fundamentals

PDN did an article in the Feb 2009 Studio Issue about DSLR vs Medium Format.

I read it over and what the article misses in the minutia of it’s details is the more challenging story, “What is the pro camera now, what will it be in the future?”
